Adaps Consulting is all about Governance and Strategy.  We use industry best practice and accepted methods and frameworks to help organisations embed good governance into their IT Business.  We call it an IT Business, because that is what it should be.  IT needs governance to be credible, and it needs strategy to give it direction.

Our consultants specialise in assisting organisations adopt, adapt and embed best practice governance systems.  We use frameworks like ITIL®, P3O® and COBIT® to integrate processes together. We use standards like ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 31000 and ISO/IEC 9001 to give credibility to what we do.

But a governance system is more than the processes that get followed or the standards that they meet. It is also critical that the people who run and use the ‘system’ are qualified and empowered to perform their role. For this we use the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) as our shared skills framework, a framework which connects Adaps Consulting with Adaps Recruitment and Adaps Contractor Care.
